Cannot download coupon Printer
 

I need to be able to install on coupon printer. I have Mozilla firefox,kinda dependent on those grocery coupons.

What coupons? Can you give us a URL?

What browser does it need? Firefox can spoof that it is IE using the extension: User Agent Switcher

If this is a Windows-based program you're talking about, it's not going to work. If it's an IE add-on of some kind it will also not work.

Not a new problem
 

I ran into this and requested help from their support over a year ago. The response was that they support only Windows and MAC. The implied was that the rest of us do not matter. If figured if I do not matter then they certainly do not deserve my business, and moved to another (far more friendly) site.
I use military coupons, and the US government sites, DFAS, and DECA are becoming far more friendly and less tied to specific vendors. Many of the direct vendor sites (not all, alas) have become more Linux and FireFox friendly on recent months. Keep searching. There is no reason for us to support a site or business that does not support us!

It all depends on how bad you want those coupons ;)

A few years back I came across a coupon for Tabasco pepper sauce. I had purchased something from their company store and got on their emailing list. To print the coupon I had to install a printer program from coupons.com. I am very leery of doing such things. I did some research and read that this printer program created some hidden registry keys etc. (on Windows we are taking now).

So I tried installing it on a Win XP virtual machine running under VMWare on my Linux box. The installer was smart enough to figure out it was in a virtualized environment and it would not install. Long story short I did a minimal XP install on a test PC, installed the coupon printing program, converted it to a virtual machine with VMWare Converter and moved the image to my server. I can now invoke the XP virtual machine within VMWare and print my Tabasco coupons :D

So bottom line... you might consider a Windows virtual machine as the path of least resistance.
