Cannot copy,cut,paste and even delete files

Hi

I just installed Fedora11 with the KDE desktop and completed a yum update. Every time i try to copy and paste files and even delete files from a file manager or my desktop, I get this error:

I'm not a Fedora user, but I'd suggest investigating whether or not the DBUS daemon is running, and/or restart kdeinit.

I'm not sure exactly how you would restart the DBUS message daemon on Fedora (a Fedora user will have to help you there, or Google for something like 'fedora howto restart messagebus') but for the kdeinit thing, try these:

shell# kdeinit

Try those as root, and as regular user, from a terminal; it may help; but I'm more inclined to believe that the messagebus is the problem.

Thanks Sasha. Things seem to be working fine now after a reboot. I had just completed a yum update before the problem started. After booting up today with the kernel upgrade, things are working fine. Thanks for your input.
