Cannot connect to internet with redhat 8.00
 
I have just installed redhat 8.00 and cannot connect to the internet.My router is a D-link router.Please provide me with a step by step solution bearing in mind I am a newbieshradar208@yahoo.com

Any reason you're using Red Hat 8.0? It's from 2002 and no longer supported. Chances are the linux kernel at that time did not have driver for your current hardware. I would try a newer distro like Fedora, CentOS, Debian, OpenSuse, etc.
