A small bit of searching turns up lots...have you tried looking? The device appears to use a Ralink chipset, and drivers are on their website:
http://www.ralinktech.com/en/04_supp...ort.php?sn=501

..and it's even mentioned on the CentOS forums:
https://www.centos.org/modules/newbb...r=DESC&start=0

...and on the Linux wireless site:
http://linuxwireless.org/en/users/Drivers/rt2800usb
