Angry Cannot change the interface langauge back in my Fedora 10

Hi,
I changed the GUI language to Arabic as a trial, and when I wanted to change it back to English I couldn't. I did the same thing when I changed it but it won't change. I even made several log-offs, shutdowns and reboots but in vain.

Help please

I'm not familiar with Gnome but I assume it has a control panel where you can set things like country and language. That's all you would need to do.
cheers,
