The first one is an internal IP, nobody will be able to attach to that IP (unless they are on your internal network).

Cool

First:
Cannot establish connection.

Second:
/ listing ok, /pub ok, /pub/uploads requires password, /uploads does not reply in reasonable time.

Thanks people, can someone see if they can upload any random file to either of the upload folders.. I've just changed there permissions.

ftp://82.33.195.21/

I can view the files with ftp://192.168.15.2/, which is the routers IP address, but not the other, I'm not too bothered as long as it can be accessed via ftp://82.33.195.21/ remotely.

Some routers (are you using Smoothwall by chance?) won't allow you to access your external IP from your Internal network. AFAIK it's a safety feature keeping people from masquerading as a trusted internal IP.

Cool

Thanks for testing, I have got someone to test the server with my username and that works but only goes to my home directory. I'll change some things later today, so I can access a FTP folder alone and to add another user and folder for that user, at least it's coming along. The server is probably down now so forget testing it. I am not using smoothwall, I am using D-link.. a router I got sent from vonage lol.. so it's D-link VWR.

Could someone test this out..
ftp://alex@82.33.195.21 password is alex123 and
ftp://adam@82.33.195.21 password is adam123.
Just try to upload a file and then move it back to your computer and off the server. (using Konqueror you'll need to refresh the page)
