I want to install a 64 bit version of Fedora Core 3, I am downloading the top 4 that say "FC3-x86_64-SRPMS-disc1.iso"
Is that right?

If you just want to install it then you don't need to source rpm disks.

No, you don't want the SRPMS disks. Those contain the source code for the distribution. You want the disc1-disc4 isos.

I would suggest the bottom four for normal installation, the top on's being source rpms which you shouldn't need.
