Can Xubuntu see internet TV on an old notebook?

I've tried to install the Xubuntu in my very old notebook, Compaq 1900(Pentium III with only 64MB Ram). I'm plannig to use this old system to watch the internet TV. Is it enough memory to watch any online video such as youtube?

I suspect that the combination of X, a window manager, a browser that can handle flash, the flash plugin and the amount of streaming data will just be too much. If you can get more memory in this Compaq (eBay?) to 256MB or more then it may be possible...but it;ll still be annoying waiting for it to load.
