Can the fat32 fs created by linux recognised by dos?

yes just use cfdisk to make w95 fat32 (LBA) partition. you can use fdisk also but cfdisk is a lot easier.

If you are having problems of finding cfdisk, you might like to use the UBCD. It contains xfdisk which is easier than fdisk. Current UBCD version is 3.3 download
