Can someone please tell what these alerts are? How do I resolve it. Please help. Thanks in advance.

If your on a server, I'm sorry I won't be much help.

I did try to look up this warning-

I couldn't find anything related to it.
-:-A more experienced member running a server is your best bet.-:-

I did look this up and found that it's a command for logs.

 Pid: 32158, comm: dsmserv Not tainted 2.6.32-431.5.1.el6.x86_64 #1
"Dsmserv format (number of log files)" is a command and it is used to initialize the server database and recovery log.
Running this command resets the log mode to normal mode.
