Trying to send an email usng Pine without user keystrokes

I am able to email the outside world from my Linux Server using Pine with no problem. What I am trying to do is, I am trying to write a script that will email an order acknowledgment created on our system to our customers. I need this to be done in the Command line so my script can execute this function with out user intervention.
If type in " pine rmays@northlandcorp.com -attach /usr/preman/ACK00262" then the screen pops up wanting a "Cc:" and a text in the message. I don't need this I just want the file I specified to be emailed to the customer.
Is there anyway possible for this to be done bypassing the CC and the body of the message, and without hitting the ctrlX to send the message.
I have tried several things using different command but to no avail.
Please if you can advise this "newbie" would really appreciate!

You can use the 'mail' utility.

mail -s "subject" rmays@northlandcorp.com < /usr/preman/ACK00262
