Can not install driver for Netgear Wireless WG311 v3

First off I looked in the forums and found some messages but being a two month old newbie I could not understand the answers. Here is as much information that I can give.
Using Ubuntu 10.04
Kernel 2.6.32-21-generic
I am going to use the following symbol to indicate when I click the mouse. -> I think that someone had told me that this is how you indicate it.
The antenna symbol has a red !on it.
When I click on the antenna wave symbol at the top right of the screen the following things happen.
When I click it a menu opens then I click on VPN Connection, that is the only one that I can click on all the others are a different color and can't be clicked.-> Configure VPN -> Network connection window ->
Then a box opens then I -> wireless and the following comes up
Name Last Used
Auto Action Tec 5 days

I have never used it so I don't understand how it could indicate that I used it.
When answering this please answer in a forum that is really simple for I am a really really really newbie.
Sorry that I went on and on but was trying to give as much info as possible.
Thank you in advance for you help and time.

According to http://linux-wless.passys.nl/query_p...ndname=Netgear there's no Linux driver for your Wi-Fi card (yet).
