Can not connect dlink Wireless DW-AG530

I have a Dlink DWL AG530 and have tried everything to connect with no luck.
I have a new load of UBuntu 6.10 and have loaded NDiswrapper for my dlink and also loaded new Nvidia drivers.
I do not have any eithernet connection and can not get my wireless to work.
Bellow is some of the code listing.
Please help

The AG530 is Atheros-based. Try Madwifi.
