Can not change directory when ftp


Hi all,
I cannot use cd when ftp, even I have owner permission of that directory.
Can anyone help me?

if you want to change directory in the local machine then you have to use lcd

The problem is that I cannot change directory in the remote machine. When ftp to a machine, I see "Access Restriction apply". After copy file "ftpaccess" from another machine, I solved the problem. I have a question: Can I define access rule in this file?
