Can linux-device driver work on windows?
 

I am facing a serious problem.. i want a linux-device driver to work on windows is it possible.. see windows has device driver files as .sys and linux has .ko so is it possible..??

It depends on what device you want to address with Windows drivers and most important why. Is there really no driver for Linux? What device are you talking about? If you're sure of what you want then have a look at NDISwrapper.

You will not get a linux driver to work in windows.

The only possible somewhat way would be to use co-linux but only the linux would use the driver.

Completely misread the original post, I thought OP wanted to do the opposite, use a Windows driver in Linux. Sorry :doh:

If on 1 PC you have linux and windows both working on one PC some file systems will be NTFS and some Ext2 or 3.. so can we see NTFS file on linux...
