Can I install Fedora like this?

Ok I am ready to give Fedora Core 2 another try.

Here is my current hard drive configuration;

C: Win98 == 9.9Gig Fat32 Hard drive #1 Primary
D: Data and downloads=== 8.3 Gig Fat32 Hard drive #1 Logical drive

E: Data== 9.3 Gig Fat32 Hard drive #2 Logical drive
F: Empty== 7.3 Gib Fat32 Hard drive #2 Logical drive

G: DVD rom
H: CDWriter

I would like to have it like this

C: Win98 == 9.9Gig Fat32 Hard drive #1 Primary
D: Data and downloads=== 8.3 Gig Fat32 Hard drive #1 Logical drive

E: Data== 9.3 Gig Fat32 Hard drive #2 Logical drive

F: Empty== 7.3 Gib Fat32 Hard drive #2 Logical drive
F: Fedora == 5.0 Gig
Linux partition
Swap 0.3 Gig

G: DVD rom
H: CDWriter

I would repartition F:drive into 2 spaces the first being Fat32 and the second part would be for Fedora.

My thinking is this way I can keep the same drive letters for my DVD and CDWrite.

So will this work? Will I be able to do it this way???
