Hello,
Can I filter top command to give me the list of processes that are using my CPU more than specific amount.
For e.g. I want to list the processes that are using CPU more than 20%.

It's a common error to prefix ps modifiers with "-" and 'ps' has it's own "--sort" (or plain "k") so you could:
Code:
\ps --no-headers axkpcpu -o pcpu,args | awk '{ if ($1 > 20) print }'
