Can anyone tell me in "english" how to setup ktorrent so someone can download my iso?

OK- i added it to the linuxtracker.org-says it's a dead torrent-how do I activate it?
It's hard to believe no one here knows how to setup-a torrent so I can have people download the iso-maybe it's a secret or ?
