Can any one install " Squid " for me?

Hello all,

Can any one install Squid on my vps?

nothing to do with networking. Moved to Linux - Newbie.

No, we can't actually do this for you. What problems are you actually facing? Tell us what you've tried etc... we can't spoon feed you this much.

http://wiki.squid-cache.org/SquidFaq/ConfiguringSquid
At what point are you stuck ?

first of all if you are using a vps, why are you even trying to use squid?
squid can be used for quite a bit, so how to configure it depends on your goals.
if it's just determining multiple websites on one vps then that would be name based virtual hosts.
need multiple websites with SSL? multiple virtual IP addresses for the vps combined with IP based virtual hosts.
we can't help you much with just, installing squid, having problems.

try telling us what you are doing and why, as well as what you have tried and what failed.

Sure we CAN...but if you want someone to do your work for you, you have to PAY them. Post this in the LQ Job Marketplace, along with your details, details of the job, and how much you're willing to pay.

If not, read one of the MANY how-tos you can easily find on Google, and follow them. Come back here and post specific questions if you have them, and we'll be glad to help.
