You donīt specify your īmodemsī exact model number or if it is usb or not, but maby this will help. Sorry I have cable so I canīt be of much more help.

Hi.
I don't think the problem with modem.
I can't ping out anywhere through the Network Card.

Sorry I canīt really help but suggest trying it with another card.
