flashplugin-nonfree

'sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree'

.. or use 'synaptic' for the install, as said by @yooy

There shouldn't be any difference.

Indeed. Lubuntu, Kubuntu, Xubuntu, Ubuntu, and many others are all one distribution, just with different software installed by default and different branding.

Installing flash in Lubuntu

It didn't work for me from either terminal or Synaptic Package Manager. Using terminal I got the error - Package 'flashplugin-nonfree' has no installation candidate.
