I can't get my wifi to turn on and airplane to turn off.
Code:
0: sony-wifi: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: yes
3: phy0: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: yes
rfkill shows it to be a hard block, but moving my hard switch on my laptop doesn't make a difference. My wifi worked fine in windows, but since I replaced windows with linux, I'm having issues.
damn, did you try to reset your device, by actaully pulling it out and putting it back in? seeings how it looks like you try using the switch. and / or if you still have windows installed on it. go in and fix it in windows.

I replaced windows with Linux during my install. And yes. I've been through all the basic stuff at least a few times each. I think my issue isn't typical.

yes it is, well maybe not. I know I had a similar problem where windows shut my wifi card off, hard. (*$&))@!*$$& Windows. I couldn't get linux to turn it on, or my button. Had to use windows again. .... the most I could tell you is what I'd find on google.
