can't log to my desktop...

1.Is there anything wrong about this ???
2.can't access my desktop anymore "COULD NOT START KSTARTUPCONFIG. check your instalation"
3 could you find whats wrong w/ my fstab table??

13.3. I can not login to KDE 3.5 as root and get the error message "Could not start kstartupconfig. Check your installation."
In KDE 3.5 there is a bug in kstartupconfig, which prevents root to login. Although it's not recommended to login as root to KDE, you can do the following workaround: Copy the files startupconfig and startupconfigfiles into /root/.kde35/share/config/.
