Talking Can't get connected!

Hi!

I'm running RH 7.2 with KDE. I've got two problems and I don't know which comes first, so here goes.

In Konquerer's info connecting to the internet should be possible with only a click, but all I get is messages like "Can't find *this or that address.*" I've tried installing my ethernet card, a D-link type (DFE 530TX), but none of the two in the list works. My conclusion is that it doesn't even get out there, but I don't know how to go along.

The next question is perhaps a somewhat easier one. I ones got in touch with a website exclusively for kde-users, but got out of touch. Now that I got internet back I can't seem to find it again. I've tried kde.org, but they seem to be a read-only site, no login anywhere and kde-forum.org appears to be in german.

Do you know of any kde membership sites in english? I've tried google, but it returns everything but what I'm looking for.

Thanks in advance

Tillus

It looks it's important which subtype of the card you have.

KDE sites: kde-forum.org - the text in German means the domain is for sale. There' kde-forum.de, which is really a forum, but the whole in German.
