Can't create shortcuts to directories on the Desktop!
 
Can't create shortcuts to directories on the Desktop!!
I'm using FC3 and GNOME. The 'Make link' options appears not available.

Have you tried right-click- or middle-click-dragging the directory onto the desktop?
