Can't access windows desktop

I've mounted my windows partition. I can access all of my files apart from the files on the desktop. Anyone know how to fix this?

You mean /mnt/where_windows_partition_is_mounted/windows/Desktop/whatever ?
Check you used a capital D.

What proud mentioned is for Windows 95/98/ME(? not sure about ME, it's the worst MS shit ever! Never used it more than 24 hours!).

For Windows 2000/XP it's a little bit longer...

/mnt/(WINDOWS_PARTITION)/Documents\ and\ Settings/(YOUR USERNAME IN WINDOWS)/Desktop
