CALL THE VENDOR, since it's a vendor-supported application.
If you'd like help (as has been explained to you in other threads of yours), you need to provide useful details, and ask a good question. Saying "unknown status", tells us nothing. Again, provide version/distro of Linux, what you're doing to GET the error, what you've tried/done, etc.
