cairo-dock

I'm running slackware_64 13.37 with xfce. I just installed cairo-dock and the plugins. It's working almost as expected. I went into the config utility>Behaviour>system>Composition and set "Make the config panel transparent" and All>Visibility to "Hide the dock when it overlaps the current window" yet I still have a black box around the panel when other windows are open (see pic).
How does one get rid of this?

It seems to have fixed its self...Don't know how or why, but it's working now.
