Building RPMs

I have a plethora of howtos on the subject, but I can't get the command to build the rpm to work.

When I run:
rpm -ba foobar.spec
It throws the exception:
-ba: unknown option

All of the information I can find agrees that this is the correct command, including the official rpm howto, the official RPM howto , the fedora rpm
howto, and some random, yet useful howto I found on google.

I've looked in the manpages, and I'm unable to find the -ba flag.

I'm lost.

Hi,
They (the RPM gods) have recently renamed rpm -ba to a new program. Try rpmbuild <specfile>
