Building my own distro for 32MB CF

Hi all,
I'd like to row meyself a custom linux for a 16MB CF card that can boot up a VIA EPIA 5000 mini-itx motherboard. I am aiming to make the linux box as a PPTP VPN router so ppp, pppd have to be included as well as webmin, which users can do settings of the router over a web browser.
I also need to include the normal networking stuff such as iptable so it can be extended to be a firewall later on.
Do you guys think a 32MB CF would be enough for doing such task?
If not, I will probably get a 128MB CF card so I can put more applications on, then the device can become a all-in-one router with DHCP, NAT, DNS... probably a file sharing server, web hosting server and a mail server.(for that I will plug a hard disk in)
Any info. related to this task (What doc. to read n stuff like that) would be appreciated as I am a newbie to this and the whole thing seems a bit too ambitious for me.
Cheers,
F

LFS will probably help you to make your own distro. 32mb might be enough for everything you need, if it isn't you could just move everything to a new card
