bugzilla http.conf file error


i am working on fedora 14
while configuration of bugzilla encounting an error
while restarting the httpd i am geting an error
i.e

Starting httpd: Syntax error on line 307 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf:
Invalid command 'PerlSwitches', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration

Have you read
2.2.4.1.2. Apache httpd with mod_perl
on
http://pkp.sfu.ca/bugzilla/docs/en/h...iguration.html
before configuring.

Have you added these two line in your httpd.conf

i have added two lines to my httpd.conf file at the bottom

PerlSwitches -w -T
PerlConfigRequire /var/www/html/bugzilla/mod_perl.pl

if i add the above lines to the file i am getting

while installing the bugzilla it is not recognising the some perl modules.
system have updated versions of module but bugzilla not recognising them
