bsetbg not working

When I try to change my background picture with the bsetbg command (I'm using fluxbox), it says:
bsetbg: couldn't find a suitable image program. tried the following:
display
xli
xsetbg
Esetroot
qiv
wmsetbg
xv

soo how can I change my background? I dont have anything special I guess, running on ubuntu (hoary) x.org and fluxbox.

I believe fluxbox comes with fbsetbg because of issues with bsetbg.

Try "fbsetbg -i" to see what wallpaper setters it finds and what it thinks about them. Then you can use "fbsetbg -u [wallpapersetter]" to set what is used.

You might want to check out this page to see what works with fbsetbg...
