export PATH=/usr/lib/mozilla-1.6:$PATH

If you want that to be permanent, put it in ~/.bash_profile or ~/.bashrc and if it doesn't take effect the next term you open, type '. ~/.bash_profile' or whatever. Either way, it'll take effect whenever you log in again.
