broadcasting my webcam on fubar

i use ubuntu linux, and i can view webcams of other people on fubar but i can not broadcast my own, i already installed adobe flash on my browser. heres the error i get

"camera in use in other window, close other window to chat"

i know it seems like an easy fix but the camera is not in use anywhere else so i was looking for advice on why i cant broadcast if i can view others broadcasting. the camera itself works because i installed 'cheese' and it opens up and works without a problem just having a problem using it for live broadcasting, maybe i am missing a plugin for mozilla... dunno..

thanks

you need to set the sites you use in the adobe settings manager
to allow and remember
you can do it at/on the adobe site if you have gone to the site you use first
or right click the cam window at the site your on

Angry I got the same problem!!!

I wished someone would help us lol< have been working on it since march or april of 2011, and still nothing, have asked the fubar support (if you can call them that) for help, they have talked to me by email like 3 or 4 times and then nothing from them, wished they quit watching xxx and actually help lol, if i ever get this fixed will post on here and let ya know, and the person trying to help that replied below you, well for me it didn't work, almost had a coronary when my flash wouldn't stop crashing!!!

If anyone knows what to do besides just giving up, let us know!!!!!!
