Despite your question has already received answers, I'd remind that LinuxQuestions is not the right place for asking help about this kind of issues, since it is barely against the No crack here! rule. Your justifications are vague and the reference to some unspecified shoolwork makes me think this machine is not yours and you're not supposed to know the password nor to force a password reset. On the other hand, this kind of information is extensively mentioned in the web and you could start your quest from the Microsoft Support site. For these reasons I close this thread. Please, e-mail me for any further discussion or for the sake of clarity.
