Booting with corrupted HD
Fedora Core 1 won't boot because of corruption on my hard drive. Does anyone know how either to bypass this from within Fedora?
I'm going to burn a Knoppix disk and try to rescue my data (which isn't much), but if there's another way with Fedora, I'd like to know it. Thanks. |
What is corrupted? MBR... /boot ?
Have you tried booting the 1st install CD into rescue mode? |
