Unhappy booting problem with suse 10.2


I have downloaded suse 10.2 64 bit version and tried to install into my system.
My system configuration is intel core2 duo processor , speed 2.2Ghz
Intel motherboard model- D945GCNL,160 GB SATA Hard disk.
I already have installed windows xp and windows vista installed in my system.

But when i tried to install suse10.2 into my system it gave message as

Caldera DR-DOS 7.03
Copyright
[DR-DOS] A:>


then it stopped. I has made the CD as bootable. But still it is unable to boot. Any help will be appreceated

booting problem with suse 10.2

Why did you download suse 10.2 Suse is now at suse 10.3
Normally it is a iso 9660 file.
so to make it boot able you have to burn as iso 9660 image file.
I do not know if it possible to do it directly from windows
It is possible did you need a small program to do so
In linux it is part of k3b burning program
