What xp is not working mean? What do you see? Black screen, blue screen, error messages?
If you have xp on the second drive you will have to map the xp entry in grub.conf or menu.lst. You should start by posting the contents of the grub.conf or menu.lst file and the output of the command: fdisk -l (Lower case Letter L in the command) which needs to be run as root.

Also be advised
RHEL 6 is really not free
You MUST buy the required support contract
Then register the install with red hat
( there is no way around that )
https://www.redhat.com/apps/store/desktop/

--- OR ---
install the FREE rebuild of the current RHEL6.4 called
" CentOS 6.4 "
http://www.centos.org/
the 32 bit and 64 bit iso's
http://mirrors.arsc.edu/centos/6.4/isos/
