Question Bluetooth remote control with nokia S60 phone doesn't work

I have a Compaq presario laptop with inbuilt bluetooth. I also have a Nokia S60 cellphone (3660) which also has bluetooth. I have Open SUSE 10 installed.

I wish to use my cellphone to control few of my prgrams on my laptop, such as Amarok, Kaffeine, etc. I don't know how?

I will be really grateful for any instructions/help/advice on what software I need to install/download (and dont forget to tell me how to do it).

P.S. I dont think there are any hardware/software issues as far as my bluetooth adapter is concerned as I am able to send files to my laptop from my cellphone and vice-versa.

P.S. Open SUSE 10 & KDE 3.5 rock!

Bluetooth is great fun! You have a couple of options to look at with this one, Bemused is a cool option, you can use a Bluetooth phone as a LIRC remote. You could use something like bluemote too. Start getting stuck into them, if you know Python then it's easy to use pybluez to chuck together something a little more specific to your needs, decent Bluetooth frameworks exist for most languages as well.

That's a bit to get you started, post back if you need anything else

P.S. Open SUSE 10 & KDE 3.5 rock!
We don't care.
