Bluetooth


Bluetooth not working. After i edited hcid.conf, i issued #sdptool search <my bdaddr>
It returns : failed to connect to SDP server on "my bdaddr" the file descripter in bad state
pls help me

What is the output of "hciconfig -a" and "lsusb"? Do you know which version of BlueZ is installed?

While we are at it, what exactly are you trying to do here? Running "sdptool search" on your local BT adapter doesn't make a whole lot of sense, and isn't a good way to test if BT is working on the machine.
