No, sorry...even if there was, why should we log in to your computer, and fix it for you??? And are you seriously suggesting you let some random person log into your computer with ROOT ACCESS, over the Internet??

You got "some terminal commands"...you're getting information to help you solve your problem, and won't do anything with it? Tell us what you've done, what you've tried, and what you're trying to do.

okay somone gets root access screws me and i have to reinstall i think ill be fine this is a personall computer not a for profit server barn if it was a server barn my i.t. guy would handle the problem and i would not be in this forum

basically i got two terminal commands to enter and they spit out a bunch of mother board adresses and nothing specifically stating blue tooth my theroy is the os runs these commands during the install and would have found the device this is a laptop so the motherboards can be pretty propriateay bassically i was thinking of someone from launchpad using a linux equiv of remote assistance and finding the blue tooth if had worse using a sprint usb device for linux that locked my system up in a minute

I seriously doubt anyone is going to log in to your PC to fix your problem for you. If you can't be bothered to answer questions about it, or to try to help yourself, why should anyone else do it? This is YOUR computer. If you have an "i.t. guy", pay him to do it.

Otherwise, you can provide information, and help others help you. If you don't want to do that, you're pretty much wasting your time posting in ANY forum.

This is a question and answer forum, not a get some guy to do something for free that normally would cost me a lot of money forum. So you got a few terminal commands, can you show them? Were not paid to assist anyone, were just helping people out out of the goodness of our hearts, and because some of us are just bored ^.^

Please give more detailed information and perhaps we can help, but many of us also do this on the side while we work and cant just remote access to fix someones issue.

This is linuxquestions.org not linuxremoteitsupport.org :P

the two terminal commands could be dmesg and lspci (or maybe something else), these give you a lot of info about your hardware (model no., driver and the like) ... if you don't find anything with the word "bluetooth", you can skip all the lines which give you information about stuff you know and google the ones you dont know ... this could be a great way to learn about your computer as a whole (maybe you'd find something you didn't even know you had), and since you are using Ubuntu, chances are pretty high your device would show up in those terminal commands
