Arrow GUI on madrake 10

heres the thing, In my networking class the 2 linux boxes we have my teacher has the blackbox GUI on it. I was wondering does mandrake 10 have iton it, and if so, what all do you have to do to get it on blackbox?

(please include any commands or whatnot I need to enter to do this...im still in the learning process for linux)

any help is greatly appreciated.

and if anyone has a list or a link of everyday commands or neat little commands for the terminal, please post.

..thanks alot. Anytime I start linux, I get a headache trying to figure out how to do things. but hopefully thatll change.

My installation of Mandrake 10 didnt include Blackbox, but i guess i forgot to check it durnig the installation bit.

You can either download the latest Blackbox WM from their site (cant remember it now, blackboxwm.sourceforge.net i think it is)

Or, go to the command line and type:

urpmi blackbox

with a bit of luck that should list the packages, which you can then install. Use rpmdrake and install it straight from your CDs

Another option is to have a look at something called Fluxbox, which is very similar to Blackbox in how it functions. Its your call
