there isn't a site fully dedicated to it, if you head on over to http://www.suprnova.org they have an entire section dedicated to Linux appliacations. Hope that helps you out.

become a member of their club, what they provide by bit torrent is only
the .iso's of new releases, not applications in general, and their bit
torrent is generally slower than dialup, but what can you expect for
