Can you expand the question?

You have 2 lines? 2 x ADSL? 2 x Routers? Fill me in on the details. I think a little scripting will be fine :)

...and it may just be language, but I wasn't sure that I understood the question

BIND is Berkley Internet Name Domain services (normally, in this context). Or did you somehow mean the verb 'to bind'?

You may mean that you have decided to use DNS, you have selected BIND (often a mistake not to consider the alternatives) and you want to know how to install and configure it. If so, which books/tutorials have you read, and which parts are you struggling with?

More info please.

well i have two ADSL and i use pfsense to as a router firewall, in which i have configured the fail over functionality.if one of the primary goes down, other takes over.
however in that case the pc's in lan stops resolving host names

OK, that sounds more a case of the ip/hostname resolution.

Does your IPs ever change? If not, add them to your /etc/hosts file:

127.0.0.1 localhost
xxx.xxx.xxx.xx1 PCHOSTNAME
xxx.xxx.xxx.xx2 PCHOSTNAME

Does the physical routing change? What's the output from 'route'?
