/bin/cp cannot stat "filename" no such file name or directory

In my %post section of my RHEL 5.3 kickstart file I mount the CD which is does. But when it executes these commands:

/bin/cp -f /mnt/OracleDBMS/config/passwd-aging/login.defs /etc/login.defs
/bin/cp -f /mnt/OracleDBMS/config/passwd-aging/useradd /etc/default/useradd

it gives my the /bin/cp cannot stat error. I have checked the permissions and that is fine, the files exist. Another thing that is funny we have this in our RHEL 4.7 kickstart and it works fine. I am pretty much at a loss of how to fix this.

It is probably a directory rather than a file.
Check that /etc/default exists on RHEL5.3
