Best Red Hat training?

Hey guys and gals. Any suggestions on what kind of training course or class I could sign up a couple Windows guys for to learn Linux, specifically Red Hat? the main thing would be for administration purposes, through the CLI.
Since we're a small group, I'm almost leaning toward self-paced online type training as opposed to classroom, but I'm not against classroom.
Any and all suggestions are welcomed, and thanks in advance.

This would be a good starting point: http://www.redhat.com/training/

The certification tracks have pre-assessment questionnaires to help determine which classes to take.

I've taken a number of Red Hat training classes (and will be taking another one this fall). Thumbs up from me.

Thanks for the info. Were they classroom classes or self-paced online classes?

Classroom. Some lecture, lots of hands-on.

This is good for self-paced; it's the Deployment Guide ie HOWTO setup RHEL system. Pretty well written, plenty of examples http://www.linuxtopia.org/online_boo...ion/index.html ... and its free :)
