Best IM (supporting video-conference) for Linux

I did a mistake... this is in the "Linux -> Software Forum"...

"
Hi everyone,

I never used any linux IM application supporting video-conferece, video+sound, compatible with msn messenger, and now I have to find some way to achieve this. I saw some information, amsn, gaim-vv... but I didn't go to none yet due lack of time.

I would like to listen your opinion and experience, and maybe this can be an interesting discussion... "what is the best IM, supporting videoconferencing, and compatible with other systems (like messenger video-conference)?".

I would be very thankful to get some interesting feedback, and I suppose almost everyone would be :).

All the best,
