Best distribution for apache?

I need some basic advice..

Any recommendations out there for the best distribution of Linux for setting up an apache server?

Ease of use is a priority (I am a relative newbie!). I've used rehat before, but am told Madrake may be the way to go...

suggestions? I'm totally open to other ideas!

Thanks for any advice

It's probably simply a matter of opinion, but since you asked for suggestions, mine would be Slackware...
