.bash_profile not activated on login

I have loaded oracle 10g. I have made a shell namely Menu and copied it inside the /home/oracle directory. In the .bash_profile, entry has been made sh ./Menu. I want to execute this Menu whenever I login as oracle user.

My system does not execute this shell. However, I am able to activate this shell by typing sh ./Menu from $ prompt.

Can anybody kindly help me

I don't know about oracle, but in mysql the user mysql that owns the server is not allowed a login shell. An 'ordinary' user accesses the server via a client.
