[root@serverName admin]# source /usr/lib/oracle/xe/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/server/bin/oracle_env.csh
-bash: setenv: command not found
-bash: setenv: command not found
-bash: /bin/nls_lang.sh: No such file or directory
-bash: setenv: command not found
-bash: setenv: command not found
-bash: /usr/lib/oracle/xe/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/server/bin/oracle_env.csh: line 10: syntax error: unexpected end of file

setenv command does not exist in the bash shell. You should change your shell to csh, running

csh
to be able to run your script

Or change 'setenv' to 'export' and 'unsetenv' to 'unset' and stay in bash.
